Knowing God’s word helps us in worship. His word reminds us of who we are and who God is. It reminds us of who we are being called to be like – Jesus. It encourages us on the path of purity and intimacy. It acts as our guide – agreeing with what God, by his Holy Spirit, speaks to us.

Gareth J Goossen
Minister / Executive Director

Gareth began makeusholy May 15th, 1994. He has significant experience in worship leading, training and speaking throughout North America and Central and South America.

He is married to Gayle and they have three Adult children, Chris, Dan and Carine.




Hilda Pries
Administrative Assistant

Hilda Pries has joined makeusholy as our new Administrative Assistant in February 2007. She comes with much experience as office manager, bookkeeper and treasurer for numerous non-profit organizations. She served as Co-Program Director for Mennonite Central Committee on Newfoundland in the early 1990's.

Her family moved from Manitoba to Kitchener in early 2006. Hilda and her husband Gerhard have two teenage sons, Adam & Matthias.
