$200 USD* / $200 CAD per day-segment ¹

$375 USD / $375 CAD per full day ²

$700 USD / $700 CAD per weekend ³

$2000 USD / $2000 CAD per week ⁴

* presently USD and CAD are on par - that's why the cost is the same

1. Each day is divided into three day segments, morning, afternoon, evening. Ministry that requires all or part of a morning, afternoon or evening is one day-segment.
2. A full day is two or three working day-segments on a single day (maximum of 9 hours in any one day).
3. A weekend is that time period which requires makeusholy's services over a 2 to 3 day period during which there are three to five working day-segments of ministry involvement.
4. A week is that time period which requires makeusholy's services over a 5 to 7 day period during which there are six or more working day-segments of ministry involvement.

Related Expense Costs

In addition to honorarium the inviting group must cover;

• Transportation
  • When flying to ministry locations;
    • Flight costs
    • Transportation to and from Kitchener and Toronto Airport (approx. $140)
    • Transportation to and at the ministry location (rides are fine)
  • When driving to ministry locations from Breslau, ON;
    • Mileage costs to and from ministry setting ($.50 CAD/km or $.65 USD/mile)
    
    
• Lodging and meals
  • Hosting Gareth and/or Tim in homes is preferred to rental accommodation
  • Meals - all meals during the extent of Gareth and/or Tim's stay (in home meals are great)
  
  
• Miscellaneous Expenses related to the ministry
• Photocopying costs, supplies, etc.
